The project establishes the PANDORA accelerator to strengthen female entrepreneurship in Moldova by addressing digital skills gaps and barriers to EU market access. It delivers a targeted training program for a group women entrepreneurs, combining core business skills with specialized modules on AI/digital tools and export readiness, enabling participants to scale their businesses and transition into growth-oriented, internationally competitive enterprises.
By introducing a Training-of-Trainers model, the project builds long-term local capacity. Through mentorship, practical training, and institutionalization of the curriculum, the initiative creates a sustainable and scalable model that enhances women’s economic participation, supports inclusive growth, and strengthens Moldova’s integration into the EU market.
