This project supported the Kazbegi Municipality and the Administration of the Truso Protected Landscape (TRPL) in preparing a Management Plan (MP) and an Operational Plan (OP). It applied a participatory approach in line with national legislation, relevant guidelines, and international best practices, and engaged both Czech and Georgian experts working collaboratively to ensure high-quality and sustainable outcomes. Implemented in close coordination with the UNDP Country Office and the Czech Embassy, the expertise was completed in Q4 2025 and delivered comprehensive management and operational plans to guide the long-term conservation and sustainable development of the Truso Protected Landscape.
