Enhancing City Governance in Mostar
The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive review of the existing city governance structure in Mostar and formulate a strategic pathway towards establishing an efficient and effective organizational framework for workplaces. This initiative will be grounded in the municipality’s mandated competences, its development strategy, and a thorough analysis of human and financial resources tailored to the municipality’s needs. By incorporating modern methods of human resource management, the aim is to optimize the city’s ability to deliver services to its citizens.
This expertise sharing project started in autumn 2024 and continued with an initial analysis of the existing structure of the municipality, questionnaires, engagement with municipal entities and beneficiaries, and an on-site visit in December 2024.
