Transfer of Czech Experience in the Development and Implementation of the Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan of the Chisinau Municipality (SECAP)

The objective of the Czech-UNDP Partnership for SDGs Project “Transfer of Czech experience in the development and implementation of the Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) of the Chisinau Municipality”, linked to Moldova Sustainable Cities Project is to encourage investments in low-carbon, green urban development based on integrated urban planning. The project encourages innovation, participatory planning and partnerships between a variety of public and private sector entities.

The consultancy aims to carry out an analysis of the existing and new SECAP, estimate the potential of the stakeholders ‘data collection and provide support in assignment of the Energy Management Unit as the official SECAP administrative structure.
